Pastor's Corner

Grace and Peace,

My apologies for not keeping the web page up to date. A lot has happened since the last pastor’s corner was written.

We have lost two of our dear members; Ward Bell and Max Gardner. After a brief but valiant struggle with cancer, both men are now with our Lord. We continue to miss them and pray for their families.

We had the first Vacation Bible School in over five years at Pleasant Site. There was a total commitment on the part of the church which was evident in each lessen taught, each craft made, each song sung, and each cookie and class of Kool-Aid that was shared. Thanks for a total effort to reach our kids.

As our new church year is set to begin we look with anticipation to what God has in store for us. Please be praying about how you can use the talents and gifts that God has given you to serve him in the church and community.

Let’s continue to serve him in everything that we do.
